  Customer service is appalling, hung up on, data entry is lacking - to the point of legalities not being entered correctly - eg. leaving my house mate on the lease even though she signed a new lease with them, and she was crossed off the re-signed lease. They then left her email address instead of mine on their system - again, even though she had left. Entering my property without sending me entry notices and sending any correspondence to the wrong address and email address.
